Hair Removal - How It Works

Wax hair removal is process involving using a special wax made from materials such as beeswax, paraffin, and others to remove hair. The process is done by applying the special wax to the area where one wants to remove hair, applying a special cloth or sheet to the area, and then removing hair by peeling the sheet off. Another process known as Brazilian wax hair removal (or "bikini wax") refers to the removal of all under hair. In many countries, this considered the most natural woman's appearance.

There is a little bit of pain in the process, but it's possible to get rid of the old skin cells giving a very smooth, sleek look. This look can last about 1-2 weeks.

Also, since wax hair removal is treated from the root of the hair, it takes quite a while to grow back. Since it's not permanent, hair will grow back in about 10 days to 3 weeks later. However, the hair gets thinner and softer each time, so each subsequent time will hurt much less. (This will vary by person)

-Anything that touches the skin directly (e.g. wax paper, spatulas, bed sheets, gloves, etc.) will be thrown out upon use.
-Spatulas are also replaced after each use and will never touch the pot twice.
-Anything that cannot be discarded (e.g. tweezers, trays, tweezers, etc.) are thorouoghly cleaned and disinfected upon use.
